We live with two chihuahuas. Rocco is almost 6 years old, and almost 10 pounds. He’s a big boy for a chihuahua. Cocoa is four years old and a little weirdo. We adore these two fur balls!

I work at home so these two keep me company. Given the fact that we live in northern Alberta, they love it when spring finally arrives. As you can imagine, they don’t really get out much when its consistently -20 to -40 degrees in the winter.

Yesterday was our warmest day yet so I took a few pictures of them in the yard. They just love being outside, smelling everything, lying in the sun…they definitely don’t take the warm weather for granted. We’re pretty happy about it too.

Just when you think they couldn’t get any cuter…

They start barking non-stop at someone on the street outside our house.

This is usually the point when one of us says “It’s a good thing you’re cute!”

I wouldn’t trade them for anything.
